Once again, growth is in Fairmount’s future. The preliminary groundwork has been completed for the new, four-story, Wheat Ridge Apartments project, with groundbreaking planned for the summer of 2018. The building will be constructed in the space between the Wheat Ridge Personal Care building and the Home Messenger/Muddy Creek Farm Library (where the annual Benefit Auctions have been held).

The four-story building, designed by RLPS and constructed by Paul Risk Construction, will offer 11 apartment floor plans, each with its own private patio or balcony.  Sizes will range from a 510-square-foot studio to a 1,416-square-foot, two-bedroom unit with two full bathrooms. Each common area in the building will include a gathering room with a full kitchen, a dining room, library and wellness room. Storage areas, will be available on the lower level.

This is a great time to investigate the benefits of joining the Fairmount community, especially with the opportunity to live in a brand-new apartment. Reservations are now being taken. Let’s begin the conversation. Contact Mitch at 717.354.1810 or mitchellh@FairmountHomes.org.
