Residential living accommodations are offered for persons who enjoy the privacy and independence of their own residence, and do not require personal care services. Residences are all located within our Farm Crest facility, providing convenient indoor access to service and recreation areas.

Residential living residents are welcome to take advantage of services provided by Fairmount Homes and other related organizations on the Fairmount campus, including:

- Muddy Creek Farm Library: includes a lending library, research center and a collection of local artifacts and archival material
- Activity rooms
- Chapels/church services/Bible study
