Personal Care

As part of a continuing care retirement community, Fairmount Homes offers Personal Care among other accommodations on our Farm Crest and Wheat Ridge campuses.

Personal Care emphasizes privacy and independence in a secure, caring, home-like environment while preserving dignity and individuality. All rooms and baths are connected to a 24-hour-per-day emergency medical assistance system. Licensed nurses are on staff at Farm Crest and Wheat Ridge.

Residents are served three meals daily in a pleasant dining room and food service meets dietary needs of individuals as prescribed by a physician. Group or individual activities are provided daily. Occasional local trips aboard a wheelchair-accessible minibus and group shopping excursions are planned to add variety and interest to the residents' lives. Weekly housekeeping services and personal laundry services are included in the daily fee.
