Fairmount Homes Apartment residents enjoy a beautiful countryside view from their residences overlooking fertile Lancaster County farmland. Centrally located between Ephrata and New Holland, Fairmount offers quiet, country living.

The apartments, each with a separate entrance, are a part of the Farm Crest facility and offer convenient indoor access to service and recreation areas. Each unit is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning, a refrigerator/freezer and range with full size oven. Emergency pull cords and smoke detectors promote resident independence with the security of 24-hour-per-day emergency medical assistance.

Residents are welcome to utilize Fairmount Homes' common areas, banking services, libraries, activity rooms, beauty/barber services, chapels, wood shop, gift/snack shop, wellness room and fitness trail.
